Garden homes are generally located in the Eastside and Woodruff Road area. Some of the Garden Home communities are: Sycamore, Lexington Place & St. James. These are all mostly new home construction as well due to the recent popularity in this home style.

Riverplace Condos in Downtown Greenville are stylish condos overlooking the Reedy River downtown with a parking garage.
